6. Subscription and Payment Terms

6.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with unlimited access to our Service. Payment method information is required at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for your subscription.

6.2 Subscription Plans

Our current subscription plan is:

• Weekly Unlimited: $19 per week, billed weekly

6.3 Billing and Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged using your payment method on file
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.

6.5 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mello and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you provide (your messages), but grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide and improve the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mello and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• For non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion with or without notice

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
